THE SECOND EDITION OF THE EXPERIENTIAL PLANNER EXPO – VIRTUAL SERIES CONCLUDES WITH OVER 200 MEETINGS

The Experiential Planner virtual series presented focussed engagement between destinations and planners, jointly exploring the ‘new normal’ in the Business Events and Destination Weddings Industry. The event witnessed participation from international tourism boards; Qatar National Tourism Council, Zagreb Tourist Board, Dubrovnik Tourist Board, Dubai Business Events, Visit Monaco, Business Events Sydney, Business Finland, Atout France & Air France. 

Each edition of EPEX Virtual features top planners – Corporates, MICE, Event, Destination Weddings having one-on-one interaction with the partners, with this second edition concluding with over 200 meetings being successfully conducted.

Buyers are actively seeking new information on safety and precaution measures from destinations that are preparing to open up in the coming months, to help build proposals for their clients. The trends suggested that short-haul destinations from India would be the first to open up in the second quarter of 2021, especially for the destination weddings.  

Experiential Planner as a platform is also assisting clients with virtual eLearning and content marketing solutions focused on the outbound Indian MICE, Luxury Travel and Destination Weddings industries.
